Minimum ten years relevant experience in
civil/structural works and duly registered with PEC.

Engineering
Minimum five years relevant experience in civil works
preferably school construction and duly registered
with PEC.

H u m a n R e s o u r c e
Specialist
MBA or Master
Degree in HR
Minimum five years relevant experience (preferably
Government sector) in human resources management
and administration. Knowledge of HR policies and
procedures of the Government of Sindh.

ProcurementSpecìalist
MBA/Relevant
Master’s Degree
Minimum Five years experience in procurement
management and administration especially in the
government sector. Adequate Knowledge of public
procurement policies and procedures of the
government of Sindh. Knowledge and experience of
donor’s development projects will be preferred.

Financial Management
Specialist
CA/ACCA
Minimum five years relevant experience in Financial
Management policies and procedures required.
Experience with of government system will be
preferred. Government. Adequate knowledge of
Government of Sindh finical management systems and
Knowledge of international donors reporting is
required.

M.Com or MBA
Finance
Minimum five years’ experience in Accounts and
Finance. Knowledge of government’s system of
accountingand auditing.

InternalAuditor
CIA/CA/ACCA
Minimum five years relevant experience, in public
accounting/auditing.

Monitoring & Evaluation
Specialist with data base
expertise

ComputerSciences
Minimum five years developing databases/MIS and
applying indicators/performance monitoring plan of
development project especially in education sector
and experience in data analysis.

Five years relevant experience in M&E. development
of work plans, and performance management plans,
knowledge of public sector and international donors’
