IEXECUTIVE & SUPERVISOR ME$
QUALIFICATiON: Graduation
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4-5 years expenence tOc Executive Mess & 2-3
years expenence for Supervisor Mess, in well reputed 3/4 stars Hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. To supervise mess related activities for more than 1000 staff
members.
. To arrange formal and informal Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, BBQ and
other related functions when required.
. To monitor and control all mess expenses.
. To supervise and monitor the team activities during operations and
silent hours.
. To train mess staff on hygiene and general cleanliness.
CANDIDATE SHOULD BE:
. Computer literate with strong crisis management and analytical
skills.
. A team player with strong communication, leadership and people
management skills along with innovative approach.
AGE: 22-35 years
