VacancY Announcement
An international donor funded organization is seeking applications from
qualified and experienced individuals for the following position in Islaniabad;
I Officer-Monitoring_and Evaluation, Participant Training Program:
Working under the supervision of Senior Director M&E, the Officer - Monitoring
and Evaluation (Pif) will coordinate with concerned staff to collect, facilitate,
ensure accurate & timely feed-in of data and help implement ProjecVs activities
relatead to TraiNet VCS database & US-based participants training program.
Qualifications: )
. A post graduate degree holder from a HEC recognized University in socia]
sciences with strong IT (computer science or MIS) background;
. Five years of practical experience in Database Development, Manage
ment, Reporting, Analyses;
. Strong technical & practical knowledge of MS Office, interpersonal & CO
ordination skills;
‘ Exposure to the web based development environments would be an
asset;
. Ability to manage data, data cleaning & reporting in an accurate & timely
manner;
. Good written & oral communications, team work and prior knowledge of
USAID reporting processes would be ideal.
