MANAGERS AND DEPUTY MANAGERS POSITIONS
PROJECT MANAGERS )
B.Sc. Civil with 15 plus relevant experience ¡n the field of industrial
construction specially cement plants and power plants and High-rise
buildings.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills and
should be well versant with MS. Excel and Project management Tools.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS

B.Sc. Civil / Diploma in Civil with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in
the field of industrial construction specially cement plants and power
plants.
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORS
DAE in Civil with lOto 15 years relevantexperience. Applìcantshould be
able to handle the Project billing independently for sizeable projects.
Should have full command on bar bending schedule and excellent
computer skills.
( MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
B.Sc. Civil with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in business
development.
Selected Candidate should have excellent writing and communication
skills. Candidate must be good in networking and application with an
additional MBA degree will definitely get preference.
( DEPUTY MANAGER CONTRACTS I
B.Sc. Civil with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in contracts
management, well versed with FlOIC and PEC documents & procedures.
Must have command over technical writing & claims development.
) ( DEPUTYMANAGERHSE/INSPECTOR
Must possess ISO / NEBOSH certification with 8 to 10 years’ experience in
construction, should well versed with OSHA standards and have full
command on training and ability to improve and implement HSE Plan
at site along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
JUNIOR POSITIONS
DESIGN ENGINEER (Civil & Steel Structures)
B.Sc. Civil / Mechanical with at least 5 years’ experience in designing
with relevant experience in “Concrete Structures” and “Pre-Engineered
Steel Buildings’: Applicant must be well versed with major designing
tools.
SITE ENGINEERS AND SUPERVISORS
) (QA/QC INSPECTOR
B.Sc. Civil Engineering with 2 to 3 years’ experience or B. Tech In civil
with 5 to 8 years’ experience in relevant field. Applicant should have
hands-on experience of filed/Laboratory testing of major construction
materials. He must have the ability to produce & maintain all the
documentations and to implement the specification at site.

B.Sc. Civil / Diploma in Civil with 5to 8 years of relevant experience in
civil construction especially concrete structures and high rise buildings.
C JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORS I
DAE in Civil with 5—8 years relevant experience. Applicant should be
able to take off the quantities, capable to produce! verify
sub contractor’s bills, prepare bar bending schedules & costing.
