OPERATION MANAGER _______
Lahore based position (Male or Female)
Requirement & Responsibilities
Master’s in Business Administration, minimum experience of 5 years in
managing operations of a restaurant/food chains and other facilities
including inventory control, material management and a background of
forecasting demand & supply.
Experience in restaurant or food industry will be preferable. Awareness to
Quality Assurance Standards and Food safety standards will be an added
advantage.
HEAD CHEF/NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERT
Lahore based position (Male or Female)
Requirement & Responsibilities
A qualified chef from an accredited institute with work experience exceeding
5 years within a restaurant / hotel environment.
Candidate must be creative with food of an international brand standard.
Should be able to produce new products specially desserts, have an excellent
understanding of ingredients; undertake responsibility for daily operations
in the commissary, implement health & safety food hygiene practices and
also recruit/train assistants (as required).
ACCOUNTANT _____
Lahore based position (Male or Female)
Requirement & Responsibilities
M.Com 5 years experience in computerized environment.
