•BS CS (4 years), BS IT (4 years), BS SE (4years),
MSC, M.Sc IT or equivalent qualification from
HEC accredited Institute! University. Minimum
3 years of experience In LAN &WAN design and
management in
a Publid Private sector organization having a
large number of nodes. Hands on expertise in
ADS, DNS, DHCP, SAMBA, FTP, Apache, ISA,
Exchange, Email, and Proxy servers on
windows and UNIXJLinux Platform. Should
have excellent in Cisco switches and routers
configuration. Very good hands on network
troubleshooting/performance issues in
windows / Linux systems, Backup and Recovery
tools, Windows Installation.
•Master in Special Education from University of
the Punjab or from any HEC Recognized
University.
Note: Who have also completed some
short courses from NISE along with above
mentioned qualification will be given
preference.
. Experience: Teaching Experience of Special
School for Children with Hearing Impairment
Minimum three years
a) General age relaxation of maximum five (5) years in upper age limit as per Government
of Punjab, S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-1 (S&GAD)9-36/8 1 dated 04-11-2006.
b) Only short listed candidates will be called for test! interviews.
c) Incomplete applications or received after the closing date will not be entertained.
d) No TA. IDA will be given to the candidates called for test! interview.
e) Already in service applicants should apply through proper channel and submit No
objection certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority, showing that the
department will have no objection to relieve, if the applicant is selected.
f) The University reserves the rights to ¡ncrease/ decrease the number of the advertised
posts or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any
reason.
g) Applications on prescribed Performa available from Information Cell, Quaid-e-Azam
Campus and sale depot at Allama lqbal Campus or downloaded from University website
“www.pu.edu.pk” along with a postal order worth to Rs.500/- for the post of Network
Administration and Rs.300/- for Sign Language Instructor in favor of Treasure Punjab
University, copy of C.V., duly attested educational certificates, Computerized National
Identity Card, domicile, experience letters and two recent photographs should reach in
the office of the Deputy Registrar Admin.11, University of Punjab (Quaid-e-Azam
campus) Lahore, not later than 4:00 p.m. 17th September, 2012. No extra time is
