L CAREER OPPORTUNITIES__
Our client is a public limited company engaged in water work services in upper Sindh. The company
requires following professionals with relevant qualification and experience on market based packages.
Chief Financial Officer
. Qualified Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) with at least 7 to 12
years of experience of similar position in reputable organizations.
. Experience of Utility company or Capital Investment, Fund Disbursement & Monitoring together with
preparation of chart of accounts and manuals etc would be essential.
Director Operations & Services
. MSIB,E. (Civil/Environment) with min.8 & 10 years experience respectively in the operations and
management of water works in Pakistan or abroad preferably donor funded projects.
. Experience of preparing long and short term operations & business plans, annual budgets etc.
Should be capable of development, management and operation of Water Supply, Sewerage and
Solid Waste.
Director Planning, Design & Capital Works
. MS/B.E. (Civil/Environment) with min.8 & 10 years experience respectively in the operations and
management of water works in Pakistan or abroad preferably donor funded projects.
. Experience of planning/designing of capital investment programs wlr/t water supply, sewerage &
solid waste management, supervision of construction, procurement and preparation of master plans
together with identification and mitigation of environmental and social impacts.
Company Secretary
. LLB or accounting qualification with 3-5 years experience with a reputable organization.
. Experience of corporate secretarial function w/r/t good governance, awareness of Company Laws,
Regulatory Requirements, Board or other committee meetings will be added advantage.
Internal Auditor
. ACAIACMA/MBA (Finance)/M,C0mICA Finalist with 5 years experience in Utility, Municipal Services,
Donor funded project management unit etc.
. Having CIA, CISA and APA certification would be a plus.
