DESIGN ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL): BS (Mechanical) with min. 5 years experience in steel manufacturing, design engineering of steel melt
shop and utilities, proficient in the use ofAutoCad.
SUPERVISORS (ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION): BS (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) with min. 4-5 years electrical maintenance
experience in steel melt shop, supervise the Electrical/Automation Section and the maintenance of Siemens PLC, familiar with SAP PM, MM Modules.
SUPERVISORS (ELECTRIC ARC FURNACE): RS (Electricalí1v1eta1lurgical) with min. 5 years experience in steel manufacturing at engineer or
supervisory level in the operation and maintenance of EAF. Veiy good analytical and supervision skills.
HVAC ENGINEERS: BS (Mechanical), with min. 3 years experience in HVAC system and maintenance, provides professional engineering support
for HVAC, chiller system maintenance, SAP MM, PM, very good English language.
MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN: Prepares mechanical drawings through AutoCad application. 3-4 yeaxs experience in steel plant. Technical college
diploma with AutoCad courses.
MACHINISTS/CNC OPERATORS: Operates mills and lathes, 5-6 years experience in steel plant in the use of drilling, grooving, cutting, turning,
facing, knurling and threading machines Technical college diploma.
CRANE OPERATORS: Operates overhead crane for hot metal ladle transfer and other activities in steel melt shop; more than 3 year experience in
operating overhead crane in steel manufacturing, good English language. 5-10 year experience in steel plant. Secondary School Certificate.
MOULD OPERATORS: Ladle teeming, casting. tundish preheating and routine maintenance activities on casting floor and spray chamber.
5-10 years experience in steel plants with billet caster. Industrial training or equivalent.
PULPIT OPERATORS: Controls pulpit operation which includes billet discharge, auto cutter maintenance, manual billets cutting and billet marking.
5-10 years experience in steel plants with billet caster. Industrial training or equivalent. Vocational diploma.
REFRACTORY OPERATORS: Prepares mortars and castable in the Electric Arc Furnace and Induction Furnace; repairs damaged ladles and
tundishes, performs cleaning jobs in the work area. 5-6 years experience in steel plant. Secondary school certificate.
LADLE OPERATORS: Min. 5 years experience in steel manufacturing in the Ladle Operation, knowledge in the preparation, safe operation and
housekeeping of Ladle operation is a must, Secondary school certificate.
HYDRAULIC TECIINICIANSIMECHANICS: Min. 5 years experience in heavy industries, well versed in complex hydraulic diagram, high
pressure hydraulics pipings specifications, pipe welding, hydraulic and pneumatic components, commissiong and testing of hydraulic system.
Preventive and troubleshooting skills of hydraulic, pneumatic and dual line central greasing system, heavy equipment repairs, experience in heavy mobile
equipment repairs and troubleshooting. Computer literate. Technical college diploma.
DIESEL ENGINE MECHANICS: Responsible for heavy mobile equipment maintenance/troubleshooting; experience in overhauling engine,
hydraulic, control valve and transmissions. 7-8 years experience in automobile industry. Technical college diploma.
HVAC TECHNICIANS: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, Install, relocate, and expand existing systems, Inspect, test,
and repair, minimum 1 year of hands on HVAC maintenance and repair. 4-5 years experience in HVAC maintenance. Technical college diploma.
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS: Performs technician works in electrical maintenance with HVIMV/LV equipment. 8-10 years in electrical
maintenance field in steel melt shop. Technical college diploma.
MECHANICALTECIINICIANS: Min. 3 years experience in mechanical maintena
