Mercy Corps is seeking applications from potential candidates for the following postions:
Social Mobilizer - Public Private Mix - 01 Position (Male)
(Sahiwal Based)
Gualificationi ft Experience:
BNBSc with at least 02 years experience of working with cornmunitybased health
programs. Fluency in written and spoken English, Urdu and local languages. Excellent
communication skills and good knowlcdge of computer.
Major Rasponsibities:
Responsible for development of District Implementation Pian f DIP) in consultation with the
district health authorities for public pnvate mix - PPM. Responsible for maintaining close
coodlnation with the district health athoriUes ¡or implementation of PM project
activities. Responsible br close coordination with private providers and private labs for TB
Dols activities and for supervising data recording and reporting tools. Responsible for
maintairng chronological record (programmatic and fina-icial), miiutes of meetrigs and
update data base of registered TB patients at private health facilities in the districts.
Responsible (or sAmission of prograrnmadc and financi record to regional office related
to al field activities.
