Other Terms & Conditions
01 . The above posts are purely on contract basis for the period of one year likely to be extended on satisfactorily
performance with the approval of Competent Authority.

02. The position atserial no 1 requires2oyears post qualification experience ata local orforeign organization in a
similar position , candidate having experience with Government department will be preferred.
. The position at serial no 2 requires 5 years post qualification experience at a local orforeign organization
in a similar position.
. The position at Serial no 3 requires 5 years experience in the field of investment I Management!
Advisory or any other relevant field.
. Relevant experienceforthe position at Serial no5 will be preferred.
. The candidate for the position at serial no 6 should be fluent in English and must be proficient with a
PABX operating system. Knowledge of any foreign language will be preferred
. The candidateforthe position at Serial No.7 requires valid driving license.
03. The Candidate must have good academic career only one 2nd Division is allowed throughout the academic
career. No 3rd Division will be accepted.
04. The Candidate should clearly mentionthe postfor which they are applying.
05. The candidate should have the capability of working independently with minimum supervision and meeting
d ead I i n es.
06. Candidate must have afirm command of English, excellent analytical and writing skills.
07. Candidate should be in good physical and mental health.
08. The organization provides a stimulating and professional challenging environment. Task oriented persons

09. The organization shall bear the cost of travel authorized by the organization in connection with any
assignment requiringtravel within Pakistan or abroad.
1 0. The services shall be liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reason by giving a notice in
writing from either sidefor a period of not less than one month or payment in lieu ofthe notice of a sum equal to
salaryfor one month orforthe period ofwhich the noticefalls short of one month.
11 . During the contract periodthey will be wholetime employees ofthe organization.
