Mercy Corps is seeking applications from potential candidates for the followmg positions: Project Manager - PlU (01 Position) (Lahore based) Qualifications fr Experience: Masters Degree in public health with at least 07 years of work experience of which at least three years in a senior management role. Experiences of working with INGOs are must. Previous experience in managing Global Fund grants is desirable while previous experience with a variety of donors will be an added advantage. Experience and sound knowtedge of TB control required. Excellent writing skills required. Good track record of maintaining close liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Person must be fluent inwritten and spoken English. Responsibilities/Duties: Provide overall management and supervision to the project. Be responsible for overall planning and implementation of the TB project. Coordinate regularly with PTPs, regional coordinators and other project staff and district level stakeholders for project activities. Be responsible for implementation, and proqramrnatic and financial reportinq, Ensure quality of program interventions. Ensure implementation of all guidelines, checklists, and recording/reporting tools. Conduct periodic and need basis monitoring and supervision visits to the project areas. The incumbent will also be the in charge of the project office. Program Officer Health 01 Position (Islamabad Based) Gualifications fr Experience: Master Degree in public health or relevant discipline. At least 03 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities / Duties: The Program Officer will be responsible for providing technical support to all Health projects. S/be will be responsible for reviewing and hnalizirig all programmatic reports. Under the supervision of Director of Health Programs. the incumbent will carry out reviews of the on-going health projects, and assessments as and when required. S/lie will also be responsible for writing technical documents including capacity statements, guidelines. and training materials; and help in designing projects and writing proposals. S/lie will provide technical inputs ii the development of project recording and reporting tools with a specific focus on ensuring validity and uality of data. “ISecuritý anager 01 Position (Islamabad based) .Oualificat ions fr Experience: This position requires a clear understanding and working knowledge of the general procedures and policies of security management; should have a minimum of 5-7 years security management experience with INGOs, UN Agencies or other international organizations in Pakistan. Thorough understanding of all issues affecting safety and security; Good comrnunicatoc (oral and writtenl and good organizational skills necessary: Fluency in English and Urdu.
