The Candidate will be responsible for: 0 Based on the Monthly invoicing system, collections reminders and visits of agencies that are over 60 days past due as well as reminders for payment Demand Letter with the promise of service interruption if payment is not received within 90-business days. O Placing direct phone calls and E-mails to customers that are past due. e Works closely with the Billing Department to implement processes and policies that contribute to accurate invoicing. O If service were to be stopped for non-payment, this position would be responsible for approving the sending of final demand letter. O Manage Collections/recovery/billing staff and to review collection reports, delegate special reports. C Supervision of accounts receivables and financial reporting section.
