QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Advanced degree preferably Ph.D. in any discipline. Experience
of work with the Government, community and elected officials.
Significant academic leadership experience. A creative
consensus builder with the capacity to listen and to build a great
management team with skills appropriate to their tasks. An
excellent recruiter of personnel. Experience with management
of complex administrative and financial organizations. A
commitment to staff development.

Ph.D. in Basic & Natural, Social and Management Sciences
with minimum of 1 2 years relevant experience at an Institution
of Higher Learning plus eight research publications in journals
of International repute. Have experience to develop and
implement plans and to monitor development projects.
Exposure to policy making, higher education and
administration.

experience with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity at an
