preferably Total Quality
Management.
Iience
Management experience of 8 years with at least two years of
working on M&E of international donor funded development or
educational projects. Preference would be given to those who
have sound knowledge of M&E practices of World Bank. The
incumbent should have experience of M&E methods and
approaches, planning, design and implementation of M&E
systems, data collection, analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in using information technology tools will be required.
8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Accreditation and
I nstituonal evaluation in higher education sector.

The Government of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, represented by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) has received credit
(Cr. No: IDA Financing 4886/ 4887-PAK) from the International Development Association towards the cost of Tertiary Education
Support Project and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments for hiring services of qualified individuals in
various specialized areas of the Project.
The HEC now invites eligible individuals to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide
detailed CVs indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
