HasnainTanweer (4 POSITIONS BASED IN ISLAMABAD WITH A LEADING
Associates (Pvt.) Ltd. CELLULAR MOBILE OPERATOR)
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Elect /
Telecom Engineering I IT / IS or Computer Science; Master’s degree
in either of these fields would be preferred. At least 4 to 6 years of
relevant work experience required.
POSITION SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
Specialist Commercial Testing (Design and develop test plan and
test cases from commercial design, features / options, tariff structure
verification, billing / charging and notification perspectives)
Specialist Provisioning Testing (Design and develop test plan and
test cases from provisioning, CRM visibility and reporting
perspectives)
Specialist Sales & Reporting Testing (Design and develop test
plan and test cases from support services, sales, data-warehouse
reporting and defect repository perspectives).
Specialist Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Testing
(Design and develop test plan and test cases from revenue
assurance, fraud control and tax perspectives).
COMMON JOB DESCRIPTION (APPLIES TO ALL FOUR POSITIONS):
. Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain and execute test
suites for products under test.
. Execute test cases and report defects in Rational Quality Manager.
. Trace test cases and results back to specific product requirement
and update test execution status following agreed-upon
processes as part of regularly-scheduled test status updates.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS (APPLIES TO ALL FOUR POSITIONS):
. Solid understanding of the cellular mobile networks, services,
VAS products and key network elements, IT? Billing and Business
Support System elements.
. Experience of testing commercial products inTelecom /IT
environment.
. Team player possessing strong Interpersonal skills with ability to
work under stress on multiple projects.
. Dynamic and self-motivating with excellent organizational skills &
should pay close attention to details.
. Strong computer proficiency specially in MS Office Suite.
