candidates domiciled in the Punjab and possessing rclcvant quallflcatlonl cxperlcncc for Project
Management Office, PMO-PISIP in Irrigation Department. Lahore for the following Post.
Head PMO-PISIP (I Post)
The Head PMO will overall incharge and team leader for the project for successful schedule
implementation, technical guidance in policy, planning, designing & monitoring and overall financial
discipline in disbursement and reimbursement of funds for the project.
. Maximum age 60 years. Pay Rs. 110.122/- P.M. (in case of contract employee) and for Govt. employee as
per latest F.D policy.
. Should be B.Sc/ BS ÍBE (Civil Engineering) OR M.ScJMS (Civil / Irrigation / Water Resources
Management Engineering Degree) from a recognized University.
. Should have more than 25 years general experience in planning, designing, construction, management,
operation and monitoring of water sector projects.
. Should have experience in implementation of works under JBIC/IDA /ADD procurement procedures.
. Should have experience in Financial Management of Foreign Donor’s assisted projects.
. Should have experience in Community participation, Development in Irrigated Agriculture setup.
. Should be conversant with big projects. social impact aspects (EtA/lEE and resettlement issues).
Note:
The above post is on contract basis, up to project completion June 30, 2013 OR extended period as decided
by the competent Authority. Application on prescribed form should reach the Secretary Irrigation
