• Create. review, upgrade and manage performance appraisal and
reward system.
• To design and drive human resource intormat ion system.
MANAGER TRANSPO
ib tasters l)egree or education in Mechanical Engineering along with 3—5
ears of’ fleet management experience. pretrably in well known FMC(ì
or large scale indusin. Ixcellciit aiiablical and computer skills are
mandatory for the incumbent.

• Complete Fleet management including repair. maintenance and
nit Lt opt ìmization o? vehicles and lurk li flers.
Development ofcompanv’s fleet repair & maintenance workshop.
Veli ides spare parts inventory sourcing & management.
