employees and with the sights set on the goal, we seek to induct a Group Shop Manager,
Male, who will bring expertise in the area of Retail Business.
GROUP SHOP MANAGER
1. Sales forecasting and achievement of Sales targets with effective stock management.
2. Staff motivation and management for customer service standards at retail outlets.
3. Supervise and monitor the shops operations.
4. Comfortable to travel throughout the designated territory.
5. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate should have a Master’s in Business Administration /Marketing
& Sales.
Experience: The candidate should have at least five years experience in retail chains of
footwear or apparel. Age should not be more than 35 years.
The successful candidate should have essential knowledge of shop
operations, customer servicing and best selling techniques.
