CORPORATE FARM MANAGER
Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited is looking for a qualified,
experienced and mature individual for its Agriculture
Research Farms situated in Sindh. The person will be
responsible For developing o ugarcone farm, cultivating
different varieties of sugorcone and other crops, enhancing
yield as well os high recovery of sugarcane.
The ideal candidate should:
. be between 35-45 years of age
. hold M.Sc. ¡n Agriculture (soil science or agronomy)
. have working experience of a large corporate
sugarcane farm and fully conversant with modern
techniques and methodology of sugarcane/agricultural
production
. have minimum 10 years’ experience of which 5 years
should be ¡n a senior management capacity in o farm
. be a team player and possess strong people
management skills
. possess good knowledge of MSOffice
• be able to train capable farm staff according to the
latest agriculture methods and technology.
