SHAFI RESO-CHEM is a medium-sized, systems-based and research-driven Pakistani
company that manufactures and markets specialty chemicalsto niche industrial customers.
. The company requires an HR professional who will adapt rapidly to our
entrepreneurial culture, improving himself as well as developing the skills and
attitudes of our expanding employee base.
. He will preferably be 28 - 35 years old with around 5 - 6 years of professional HR
experience in industry after completing his MBA (HRM specialization would be an
advantage)from an H EC-recognized institution.
. The person we are looking for will probably join as HR Executive, but we expect him
to demonstrate sufficient competence to handle a major part of company’s HR
function within 2-3 years.
We also expect him to operationalize the company’s HR philosophy & policies while
remaining within the ambit of Islamic values and work-ethic.
