INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
APPOINTMENT OF CONSULTANT
TENDER NO. SN-LPG-PL/1 O-2012
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) ¡s the largest
downstream integrated natural gas utility Company of
Pakistan engaged in the business of transmission and
distribution of natural gas in Punjab, Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa
and Azad Janimu & Kashmir. To meet the rising demand of
energy, Company has planned to undertake LPG projects in
association with SSGC as joint venture. The business plan
aims at dependable LPG supply logistic arrangements for
market in central Punjab and areas beyond.
The Company intends to hire the services of Consultant for
preparation of Techno economic feasibility study for laying an
LPG pipeline as per scope of work as envisaged in the Request
for Proposal (RFP) Documents which may be collected from
the following address during office hours on or before 25
June, 201 2 at a cost of Rs. 1,000!. (non refundable) to be paid
in a shape of demand draft I pay order in favour of Sui
Northern Gas Pipelines Limited.
Interested Firms ¿ Persons may send their proposals on “Two
Envelope basis comprising one containing “Technical
Proposal” and the other containing “Financial Proposal”
sealed and marked on the outside on the following address by
1 500 Hrs on 25.06.2012. Only Technical proposal envelope
will be opened publically on the day of opening at 1 530 Hrs.
Financial proposal of only technically qualified firms I persons
will be opened at a later date in presence of bidders or their
representatives.
