Qualification, Experience
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (PEC registered) orequivalent with
03 years teaching experience in technical subjects, training of personnel
in workshop technology or apprenticeship courses and development of
training programs based on the industrial need. The Position requires
close interaction with possibilities clients for training and consulting
assignments and internal / external team of trainers. We will prefer
individuals with excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation
and negotiation skiUs. A sound understanding of leadership team
dynamics and a decent exposure of training industry including its future
challenges and opportunitieswill be an added advantage.
