CONSULTANT REQUIRED
Applications are invited from the individual consultant (domiciled in Punjab) having relevant experience
to assist the Directorate of l.T Labs Project for timely completion of all tasks keeping the highest
professional )cills and efficiency.

Eligibility
The individual consultant should be a retired Government Officer in BS-17/18
below 65 year of age having at least 15 years practical experience in budgeting
accounting and internal audit in Punjab Government. He must have at least 5
year experience as Internal Auditor in any Department of Punjab Government.
He must have practical experience in maintaining accounts of any successfully
completed development project of any Government Department preferably
relating to IT to the same scale, as that of IT Labs Project.
Scope of Services I. To assist the management in compilation of accounts of the project
titled “Provision of Computers/l.T Education in 4286 Govt.
Secondary/Higher Secondary Schools in Punjab.
ii. To assist the management in reconciliation of expenditure figures with
the Ndtiurldl BdIlk uf PckiLaii, TrtduIy Of1k,, Ldl.u,e dud A.G
Punja b.
iii. To assist the management in preparation of PC-IV of the Project titled
“Provision of Corn puters/l.T Education in 4286 Govt. Secondary/Higher
Secondary Schools In Punjab”.
iv. To assist the management in preparation of compliance of Audit Paras.
y. To carryout internal audit of the project and formulate internal audit
report.
vi. Any other related task assigned by the Additional Project
Director/Deputy Director (F&A), I.T Labs Project.
Duration
6-Months from the Date of Issue of Acceptance.
Age Limit
Should be in Good Healthy Condition and below 65 years age.
