Beaconhouse is currently looking for School heads for its branches ¡n Jhang and Sargodha. The candidate should have the following profile: Qualification: Postgraduate degree from an HEC recognised University preferably M.A/ MBA! MPA Experience: 8-10 years’ work experience of teaching, education management and school administration ¡n a renowned educational organisation. Profile: A suitable candidate for the job must possess the following: • High energy levels to handle the diverse problems faced by a school in its day-to-day activities • Excellent interpersonal skills ‘ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills ‘ Proficiency in usage of education technology with solid understanding of current and future education technology trends ‘ Considerable knowledge of the current principles and procedures of effective teaching and learning ‘ Proven ability in management of academic and administrative staff . Substantial expenence of overseeing and managing budget and resources Ability to promote standing and reputation of school through effective marketing .
