Customer Services Consultant
Job Description:
The role involves three key components, Remote Teradata Support,
Customer Management and Onsite Engineering.
Basic Requirements:
1. Good working experience of Linux OS. (SUSE Preferred).
2. Working experience of at least 2-3 years in supporting large
Enterprise Systems on both Hardware and Software.
3. Should be minimum Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/
Electrical/Electronic or other related subject.
4. Knowledge on Database Product with basic understanding of SQL.
5. Having good communication and problem management skills.
