A well-established organization importing technical trainings is seeking a dynamic individual to run operations of
the Centres established ciii over Pakistan.

GENERAL
MANAGER
OPERATIONS
The candidate will be responsible to:
IMonage and run the operations specialising CAD/CAM based design related trainings, engineering solutions &
consultancy services to the industry
I Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing strategy linked with organization objectives for corporate branding and
promotion of products & services
I Develop and implement new troining & development initiatives for the industrial work force to catch up with the
required levels
I Create alliances with public and private sector technical training agencies, educational institutes, Trade Associations
& Chambers and industry for relevant training & development initiatives
I Review sales & activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to
determine areas needing improvement
I Liaison and collaborate with institutions abroad to implement standards of the developed world
IMaintain o close liaison with the CEO and keep the relevant authorities updated about on-going activities
Candidates holding Bachelors in Mecho nicol/Electrical/Mechatronics/Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from
a reputable Notional or International University with at least 15 years of relevant work experience with cit least 5
years on a senior management position may apply. Preference will be given to Engineers having Masters Degree in
Business Management.
The candidate must hove ci strong Engineering background with progressive management experience. Preference
will be given to candidates having past experience of heading technical design and engineering
institutes/universities. The incumbent should possess leadership abilities and strong communication, negotiation and
conflict resolution skills.
