Our client, a well established and highly progressive group having countrywide opera tions, has following job opening for its Lahore office. Manager HR & Admin The person will be responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, In duction and orientation, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Career Plan ning, Performance Management, Grievance Handling, HRIS, General Administrative matters and should be well conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to Human Resources including prevalent Labour Laws. The ideal candidates should possess the following: . Should be a Master Degree holder with major in HR from HEC recognized University. . Should have at least 5 years of hard core HR expeenœ in large locaL!multina tional organization (s). • Should be able to handle all court matters and can co-ordinate the legal issues of the corn pany with concerned lawyers. . Should be able to handle union matters as per the guidance provided by senior management. . Should be between 35 to 45 years of age.
