Retired Officers of Armed Forces of the rank of Major
or equivalent with exemplary record and medical

SALARY PACKAGE II
Last pay drawn at the time of retirement from Army
plus, allowances as admissible under the rules.
. Initial contract period will be one year. Extension
subject to satisfactory performance.
