Sindh Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (STE VTA) is mandated to manage and regulate Technical Education & Vocational Training (TEVT) in
the province of Sindh.
The Authority ¡s looking for a suitable person for the pos Won of MANAGING DIRECTOR, who shall be an eminent professional of known integrity and competence
having experience of public or private sector management especially In the context of managing human resources, financial management, program implementation
and may additionally have technical understanding of demands of industry in terms of manpower skills and competence meeting following criteria:

Experience & age
• Oversee day to day affairs of the Authority, including human resource & financial management for
optimal utilization of resources;
• Align skill development programs to the current industry requirements both nationally and internationally;
• Evolve policy framework for the institutional structure, human resource management including
recruitment, promotion, placement, staff development and terminal benefit;
• Restructure TEVT Institutions for rational and efficient performance;
Masters Degree
in Engineering,
Administration,
Development
Studies or
Natural Sciences.
• 10-15 years in public/private
sector organization of a
repute.
• 2 years’ experience in TEVT
Management.
• Maximum age 50 years.
