Procurement & Contract Specìallst Qualification & Experience ® Prepare procurement documents and manage procurement process for NSUSC, prepare and issue consultant issue consultant term of references. Prepare advertisement, request for expression of interest. Request for the proposal and other procurement documents. @ Master degree ¡n law, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Development or Engineering @ At least 1 0 (ten) years professional experience in procurement and familiar with ADB or World Bank procurement and Contract guidelines. ® Knowledge of Government procurement Law, regulation and procedures Relevant Experience ¡n Public Sector/Donor aided project wiÍl be given preference. Excellent Computeranci reporting skills. o Fluent ¡n Urdu and English; Sindhi helpful 6.
