Fellowship offered by Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission
(PAEC) at PIEAS and KINPOE has the following features:
). A stipend of Rs. 15000/- per month
Full fee-waiver
Free hostel, transport & indoor medical treatment
Students have to pledge a bond to serve PAEC for 5 years
after completion of their degree.
Appointment as Junior Scientist, Junior Engineer or Medical
Officer (in SPS-8) after completion of studies with 3 advance
increments.
Eligibility for promotion to Senior Scientist, Senior Engineer
or Senior Medical Officer (in SPS-9) after two years of
service.

A stipend of up to Rs. 21000/-
extendable up to four years.
Full tee-waiver.
Hostel and transport facilities are available on prescribed
charges.
Students have to pledge a bond to serve within Pakistan for 5
years after completion of their degree.
Program requires full time commitment of the scholar.
Who can Apply?

(PIEAS No. 1 Engineering University & No. 2 Overall University by HEC Ranking 2006 & 2012)
All Pakistani nationals with minimum qualification of MS
(1 8-year education ) in Electrical, Electronics, Computer,
Telecommunication, and Mechanical OR M Phil in Laser Physics,
Computer Science, and Electronics can apply.
Preferably first class academic career. However, one second
division is allowed except in the final degree.
At least 3.0 COPA (out of 4) or equivalent is required in MS/M Phil
degree.
Candidates expecting completion of their degree requirements
by September 07, 201 2 may also apply.
Serving applicants have to produce NOC from their employers.

Admission without Fellowship
Regular fee-paying candidates can apply in all disciplines. However,
admission in M Phil (Physics) program is available for regular
fee-paying students only.
