Conditions: All applications filled on prescribed forms available (for Rs. 20/-) from Emergency Services Academy, Shama Chowk,
Fcrozcpur Road, Lahorc. Ph 042-37565981and must be submitted by applicants in person in the same office by 08-05-2012 along with
duly attested six passport si’.c photographs, copy of national l.D. Card, domicile, experience certificates and wo sets of certificates of
educational qualifications with each year result cards! marks sheet.
All the documents are accepted provisionally and offer of appointment is subject to verification. Only applications fulfilling
the criteria shall be accepted after seeing original documents. No application received by post I e-mail shall be entertained
and TA/DAshall not be given when called for interviews/tests. Local residents will be given preference. No relaxation in
age or qualification (army /civil) shall be entertained. However, the employees of Punjab Emergency Service shall be given
five years age relaxation in upper age limit for applying within the Service against various administrative posts across the
board exceptfield posts. Employees ofthe Govt./ Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies,’ Corporations will have to apply through
proper channel. All candidates should be physically and medically fit and attached a medical report issued by the Govt.
Teaching Hospital or District Headquarter Hospital regarding their physical inspection. (Height, Weight, Deformities, Chest
& Eye Sight) and laboratorytests for Hepatitis B&C and HIV. Any person with eye sight weaker than (6/1 8) and obese may
be short listed at any stage. However final selection shall be subject to Scrutiny/ Verification of these reports! tests and
medical fitness clearance by the medical board constituted by Government of the Punjab.
5% Quota shall be reserved for minorities. Shemales can apply, if eligible, against vacancies to be filled through open merit.
Person with normal eye sight, height more than 5’ 6” and chest over 33” will be preferred. Forms or certificate with tempering
shall not be accepted. In case large numbers of applications are received, only applicants with preferred/enhanced criteria
will be considered. Candidates are directed to apply only for one suitable post; however appropriate candidates may be
adjusted against other suitable post on recommendation of the Recruitment Committee. Persons with driving & swimming
skills shall be preferred. In case a large number of applications are received against any post, the applicant having
Government Sector experience in relevant field shall be preferred. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any
application at any stage without assigning any reason. Written, Physical, Swimming, Driving and skills tests shall be
conducted at designated places. The written test of qualifying candidates shall be held at the Emergency Services
Academy, Lahore on 14-05-2012 at 9:00 am. The applicants are directed to bring original diary slip & original C NIC
only while coming for tests at Lahore.
